Shipping & Delivery
When your order leaves us, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. Dispatch
Orders confirmed before 3:00pm IST are dispatched the same working day. Orders after that go the next working day. There is no dispatch on Sundays. Name, number or patch printing adds one working day.
2. Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:

3. Shipping charges
Shipping is charged by delivery location and is calculated automatically at checkout. The exact amount is shown to you before you pay — there are no charges added afterwards.
4. Tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you when your parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we will trace it.
5. Delivery address
Please check your address and pincode carefully before paying. We dispatch to the address given at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery shipping is payable by the customer.
6. Delays outside our control
Regional strikes, weather, festival backlogs and courier disruption can extend delivery beyond the estimates above. These estimates are not guarantees. Where we know of a delay affecting your order, we will tell you by email or phone.
7. Undelivered orders
If your order has not arrived well beyond the estimated window, contact us with your order number. We will raise it with the courier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — see order processing and refunds.
